What Do You Prioritize?
One of my greatest learnings from the darkest period in my life was becoming conscious of what was most important.

School, work, relationships—these are valuable parts of our lives, but I learned their critical foundation rested on my own mental wellness and happiness. Simply put, nothing else really mattered if this wasn’t right. The quality of our minds determines our relationship with all other parts of our lives.
I did very specific things: Vipassana meditation, avoiding substances, yoga, and even veganism. It is my truthful experience that these aided me, if not to put it more dramatically, saved me. I would encourage any curious mind to explore these paths, yet I know each of us will find healing through different means and tools.
You are not alone. We are not alone. Yet, each of us must determine our own path towards our needs and growth.
In any case, we can always be there to walk beside each other home.
