On Conflicts with Friends and Family
Made this with Meta Ai
There are two paths I see when conflicts arise
1) Continue the conflict. Hold the grudge. Assume the worst and fuel the fire by talking ill of the person behind their back, or even better, to their face. This will help keep the hatred alive, at the cost of some inner peace.
2) Recognize that they're human and by definition fallible. Their errors are a result of their own ignorance, as are yours. Being compassionate and willing to understand their errors and your own will result in you having a more harmonious relationship with yourself and the world as a whole.
I like the second option better, not because of any obligation to do "right," but because it's the path that aligns with a happier life.
How do you respond to conflicts? Reply to share your thoughts.
Wishing you more harmony within,
Naser
